[1] Peak Number of Simultaneous Viewers are the maximum number of viewers permitted to watch your services at any given time. You can think of it like the number of seats you have reserved in the Sunday Streams online sanctuary. For example, you can broadcast a Sunday morning service with 70 people watching, then broadcast a Sunday afternoon service with 80 people watching then your maximum simultaneous viewers would only be 80 which is less than the 100 allowed with the single package. Note: If you broadcast at an abnormally high bit rate above 500 Kbps then each simultaneous viewer would be counted twice.
[2] Total Monthly Viewer Hours - If you broadcast to 50 visitors for an hour on each Sunday and there were four Sundays in the month then your total monthly viewer hours for that month would be 200 which is much less than the 1,000 provided by the single package. Total Monthly viewer hours above assumes you broadcast at a typical bit rate of 360 Kbps.
[3] 20 GB of online archives storage is roughly 120 hours of video archives assuming you broadcast at the typical bit rate of 360 Kbps. Archive boosts may be purchased at $10 per archive boost per month and each boost provides 20 GB of additional storage.
[4] You can choose the bit rate at which you want to broadcast. However, the viewer hours and storage hours are calculated assuming a typical bit rate of 360 Kbps. If you broadcast at less than 360 Kbps, you get more viewer hours and storage hours, and if you broadcast at more than 360 Kbps, you get less viewer hours and storage space. Because of the Internet connection speeds of our clients and their visitors, most of our clients choose to broadcast between 250 and 500 Kbps.
